Welcome to the Gemini Entertainment, LLC website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including DJ services, bounce house and inflatable rentals, and 360 photo booth services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services

Gemini Entertainment, LLC provides event entertainment and rental services, including but not limited to:

Professional DJ services for events such as weddings, parties, school functions, and corporate gatherings
Bounce house and inflatable rental services
360 photo booth services for event entertainment and guest experiences

Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, location, and event requirements.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your event date and secure services. Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Gemini Entertainment, LLC accepts approved forms of payment through our online booking system or other mutually agreed payment methods.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If an event must be canceled or rescheduled, clients should notify Gemini Entertainment, LLC as soon as possible.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date depending on availability. If severe weather or unforeseen circumstances affect the event, we will work with clients to reschedule services whenever possible.

Deposits remain valid toward a future booking until the service is completed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including event date, location, start and end times, and any special service requests.

Clients must ensure that the event location is safe and accessible for equipment setup and operation. Adequate space and electrical access may be required depending on the service provided.

For inflatable rentals, the client is responsible for supervising all participants and ensuring that safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Equipment and Setup

Gemini Entertainment, LLC will deliver, set up, and remove equipment in accordance with the scheduled event timeframe.

Clients agree not to move, alter, or tamper with equipment provided by Gemini Entertainment, LLC during the rental period.

Clients may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if equipment is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Liability

By booking or using services from Gemini Entertainment, LLC, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Gemini Entertainment, LLC and its representatives from liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all participants follow safety rules and use equipment appropriately.

Use of Photos and Videos

Events utilizing the 360 photo booth may produce photos or video recordings. Gemini Entertainment, LLC may use these images or videos for promotional purposes, including use on our website and social media platforms.

If a client prefers that images or videos from their event not be used for promotional purposes, they should notify Gemini Entertainment, LLC prior to the event.

Changes to These Terms

Gemini Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective once posted on this website.

Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be handled in accordance with Oklahoma law.
